Located between Mooselookmeguntic Lake and Richardson Lake, Southwest of Rangeley, Upper Dam has a long history in the fishing community. In 2011 ASI Constructors out of Colorado began dismantling the 160 year old dam,  building coffer dams and constructing the new, more efficient dam. Scott Construction Corporation has been aiding them with labor since the beginning, including activites such as installing the gates and the forebay bridge to allow access across the bridge. This project was a great opportunity for our workforce to assist the ASI team in a large scale design-build hydroelectric project.
